Excellent Fridge Addition

Excitement turned to dissapointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general this product may be a game changer and I hope it is. Ours unfortunately showed up with a broken handle in the box. We tried to use it but due to the size and shape is nearly impossible. Luckily the Customer Service team was quick to offer the return and am hopeful I can get the new one soon to really put through the paces. Confident it will all work out as I still use and love my Larq bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many months waiting my LARQ arrived. It was nice, sleek, modern, but for the price, I am not impressed. I don’t see that it is much different in a Brita pitcher other than it has the fancy UV light. I would have preferred a glass pitcher and the blue is not the same in the photos and videos sent. I would save your money

Great Product, but still a lot of potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pitcher is a great idea and usually works fine. But the parts are not necessarily fitting perfectly, so the lid is rising at the corners over time. The opening to fill it with water is very innovative but is too stiff sometimes that the full water pressure from the faucet is not enough to open it.
Furthermore the spout is splashing if you tilt the pitcher too much.

Other than that I really enjoy using the product as the water it filters really tastes great.

With an incredibly futuristic and sleek design, this product is in a higher quality tier. It seems like they thought of everything; from the weighted top that opens gently with water pressure, to the color and the lid that covers the filter. An overall sleek, top-quality item that I've already promoted via word of mouth to all of my friends. Excited to see what this group does in the future.
