I had stopped drinking as much water as I should've been having because my old Brita kept getting disgusting only a couple of weeks after each clean, making me unreasonably worried about what was growing in there that I couldn't see. Love not only the peace of mind but also the sleek design, making using this pitcher a genuinely pleasant experience. I'd recommend running about a full pitcher of water through the blue filter before first use, though! Even after soaking for the instructed amount of time, my first pitcher of water came out tasting a bit strange, which I'm fairly certain can be attributed to the filter being used for the first time.

Design Issue

Product quality is good however when you have to pour the water into the jug, you end up wasting more water because the lid at the top doesn't open. UV light doesn't automatically switch on, you have to manually push the button every time you fill in the water. Hope someone actually improve the design

Endgame Product... With a flaw.

The Lamba on mine isn't correctly yelling me when the filter needs to be replaced. It flashed orange months before the filter needed replacement. _x000D_
