Can't taste anything :)

I live in Florida, and anyone who lives in Florida knows that the tap water is not great. I pretty much have always used a refrigerator filter, but there's typically still a "taste" left in the water. This filter leaves no taste, it's amazingly crisp. My only request would be a larger unit that can fill more water at once :)

I love the concept, design needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it is supposed to filter out microplastics and it is aesthetically pleasing. My qualm is that I'm not sure how to refill it from the top without touching the flap, which doesn't seem sanitary. I currently use the pressure from my sink's water spout, but that could be different in everyone's kitchen. I also expected the battery on the filtering wand to last longer, I've already had to recharge it once.

Good but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that it filters out PFA's along with other contaminants because I live in PA and they have the worst water system. I like the overall design of the pitcher, except for a few minor details that I think were an oversight in the design process. First, the size. The space for the tap water to filter through is less than the bottom of the pitcher where the filtered water resides. Because of this, the height of the pitcher is very tall. It barely fits on our shelf on the fridge and i have to hold it underneath our sink faucet with one hand until it fills up and it gets very heavy for me which puts strain on my wrist. The lid where the water enters is a magnetic lever system where the weight of the tap pushes it down. it's not the best in terms of hygiene and refilling. When dust and dried tap water residue accumulates, it's hard to wipe it down avoiding the lid opening. The filter is expensive and I wish there was a more cost effective way to purchase it.
