I own 3 LARQ products; only 1 has failed and this wasn't it. After a month or so, it's going strong and delivering as expected. Water tastes fine, the pitcher seems to filter well, and it looks nice on the counter. Easy to assemble, charge, and maintain. 4 stars for now. I'd give it 5 stars if I had the same review in 90 days.

The light wand has never worked and they are overwhelmed with work so it's probably going to be a while to get a new one. Water taste decent but never drank tap before to compare.

Great acquisition

I have recently had to switch from bottled water in glass jugs to a water filter system. The tap water at home is treated through a salt filter that makes the water undrinkable. The Larq filter has solved the problem. The water from the pitcher is still slightly salty but it is very drinkable. I'm very pleased with my purchase

Now I drink more water, I love the design and the way the water leaks. I only have one suggestion it's a little heavy but it's general I LOVE my Pitcher
