A water sommelier recommended this water pitcher and I have been obsessed ever since it came! It filter the water so quickly! To charge the filter takes only 2-3 hours it goes to quickly! I love the taste of the water as well! Tastes like spring water!

Good with naive flaws

Basic function is great. But is undersized for more than one person (is much smaller than most fridge door water jugs) and the touch-free spring re-fill lid doesn't work unless you have high pressure water stream, so sprays water all over during most refill attempts. Seems like a jug designed with good filtration but by people that didn't research the actual usage or needs of a water jug.

Orange lights come on often

Not sure if it's working properly. For the past week, every time water is poured into the pitcher it flashes red/orange lights and some of the times switches to the blue, I have charged it but it may not be working properly.
