Overall good experience. Instruction booklet should have been more detailed. Had to go to the website FAQs to learn basics that should have been in the booklet.

Never thought I could trust it and give up bottled water but wow. Not a spec in my pitcher and it's been weeks now, and I live in NYC so I know it exists and this is working. Easily my favorite purchase of the year!

I love the larq water pitcher. The battery and filter last so long. I love how the app tracks usage so you know when you need a new filter

Goode pitcher, not grear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the Larq has been pretty good. Unfortunately, not 5 stars for a couple reasons: (1) advance filter is very slow and (2) the lid flap is awkward and doesn't always open for refilling so the unfiltered water spills over and into the opening of the water jug. The UV filter seems to work well but I haven't done a paper towel test yet to see if there's actually a black/mold film collecting in the water jug.

I bought this pitcher a month ago. The taste of the water has a chlorine taste . Just as if it came out of the faucet. I have been emailing the larq company for about a month now and I only got one reply and that is to replace the filter. I only have one filter . I did buy the water bolted as well and they are totally different . I love them. The water tastes clean and has no after taste. So far not happy with the pitcher.
