Design flaw in filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because the air bubble annoy me, I have to keep pushing the filter down so the flow of the water is continuous. If the filter actually gets screwed like other leading brands to prevent air pockets then I would have rated this higher.

Bugs in the pure vis tube and yet not allowed to return if used

You guys are selling products with bugs in the program of your product. _x000D_
I was using the product only 2 weeks in and the pure vis is already indicating that it's time to change filter. When I contacted about this, found out that's the know bug. It makes me lose trust in the product and yet you won't allowed me to return the product because it's used._x000D_
Then you should not be selling products without fixing the bug in the program. It's not ethical at all. Very disappointed!

I had trouble figuring out how it worked, but then realized you just push the button to start the filtering process. The water tastes perfect!

Great but wish it was bigger

It really does filter everything out, including chemicals however I wish it was bigger. My husband and I are serious water drinkers and I have to fill this up 2 to 3 times a day.
