Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love almost everything about the Larq except for the lid the top of the lid that dips in is supposed to function as a way to fill the pitcher, if you do it that way you have water all over the top. Also, you then have to wait until all the water has filtered through or it pours out of the lid flap. Hoping they redesign the lid and offer replacements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love our new pitcher, it is easy to use and works very well, our lake that is a primary water supply point will flip during the summer heat and it changes the taste of the water and the Larq pitcher removes the taste and brings back to great tasting water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LARQ pitcher arrived. Very securely packed. I unpacked and then rinsed it. The instructions were simple to follow and logical. I love the taste of our water now. This area has very hard water so the pitcher is a huge help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love it. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead o 5 is that the pouring/spout pours the water out in two streams. One stream is not connected to the other and it tends to drip onto the counter top rather than all the water landing in my cup.
