Complicated but worth it

I wish the set up instructions were much more detailed. I had to rely on YouTube videos that were surprisingly unhelpful as well. However once I figured out how to disassemble everything in the package and then set everything up correctly, I am thrilled with the results!

Filter seems to work quickly and better than other popular brands. We love the flap top that opens under the weight of water - that was the feature we didn't know we needed. The spout itself could use a sharper opening to get a more directed flow while pouring.

Great purchase for family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually boil water but this in addition to my cleaning keeps my family and myself happy with the quality of the water. This also removes the boiled taste out of the water which is a plus. The design could be modified to hold because I have had some creaking in the handle but nothing some modification can't fix.
