Excellent with a small but..

Water is crisp, I can really taste the difference from my previous Britta. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the pour, the water doesn’t come out as smooth and I need to pour much slower than other similar products I’ve used. Otherwise, everything is as advertised.

I think the concept is great, but fell short in a number of areas. 1) We could not taste the difference 2) It is very heavy when filled 3) I can’t seem to fill it with water without pressing my finger on the flap, which doesn’t seem hygienic

Love it so far. The only surprise was that I need to remove the top to fill it. The center piece that is supposed to dip down when water is applied is too bulky for water to push it down. But otherwise recommend it!
