The water pitcher I've been waiting for

The LARQ pitcher is a splurge, but it's well worth it. I've been concerned about micro plastics, chemicals, heavy metals in water and can't install a heavy duty water filtration system yet. The other mainstream pitcher filters out there couldn't meet the criteria I wanted, so I held out until I saw LARQ. I feel a lot more comfortable drinking my water, it tastes better, and I love watching the UV light pulse as it filters. The trapdoor mechanism is kind of messy when the water pressure isn't high enough, but I just hold the flap directly up to the mouth of the faucet before I turn the tap on.

I was searching for a pitcher that reliably purifies and looks good on the counter. Pleased with my purchase because it's doing both. It also filters quickly, so I am not having to wait around for water.
