Pure water taste

Good design, but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for several months and like what it excels in: delicious clean water. I really like that the filter (with all the contaminants) does not sit in the “clean water” like some other brand water pitchers. I also really really like that as the water flows into the bottom reservoir sometimes an air bubble gets caught below the stream and get stuck floating underwater. It is cool to watch for.
Some thoughts for improvement: I wish it had a larger reservoir, it doesn’t easily fill my 12cup coffee pot. I have to fill it twice, so I wish it had a 16cup capacity so I could have it 3/4full and be able to fill my coffee pot.
The lid covers part of the spout and when I pour water out, the lid flares the water, like if you put your thumb on a garden hose. So rather than the water coming out in a nice clean stream it is flared and splashes and drips on the sides of what I am pouring into.
I think the self closing lid looks really sleek, but I don’t like that the lid goes into the water as I fill it. Isn’t the point of the lid to keep dust and airborne things from falling into the water? When I fill the pitcher, dust on the lid it get washed into the pitcher. Sure they then get filtered, but why not reduce them from getting in?

Long waits. Out of stock. Unclear if it even works

I’m barely able to use it because filters are out of stock. It won’t update when I do put in a new filter. Extremely disappointing purchase.

Larq Pitcher

Also i love that i am cutting down on using water bottles. This would be a great gift for family and i am thinking about getting the Larq water bottle as well. Having the app is a plus to track the water usage and the filter life!

Very Good, but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good pitcher, sometimes however the lid won’t lower when water is added. I’ve changed the pressure, and if you add to much, it splashes. If you get the perfect stream of water, then it fills easily.
