Registry must have!

This was one of the first items we put on our registry. We personally did not want our home to be filled with baby items that we would never use, so our registry was sparse. We were so happy to receive the Owlet as a gift. We had heard so many wonderful reviews, so we knew it was one of our must have items. As first time parents, there are so many unknowns with having a baby. The Owlet has provided peace of mind that our daughter is safe and okay when we are trying to sleep. Also as a nurse, it is reassuring to have this monitor since babies are not able to tell us when something is wrong. The sock is easy to use and does not bother our daughter when she is wearing it. She primarily wears sleepers and there have been no issues with the sock. The charging station is convenient and it is also the source of sounds when the monitor is going off. We have used the Owlet since our first night home from the hospital and have had no issues. We are so glad we have it!

Perfect for our new baby

I’ve been using the smart sock for about 3 weeks now and it was the best thing we have for our baby! Gives us peace of mind knowing he is safe while sleeping and his vitals are good! I don’t feel like I need to check on him all the time at night either.

Worth it!

At first, I was apprehensive to purchase this product. I’m a first-time mom, and kept debating placing this on my registry. I thought I would be fine without it, until I brought my daughter home. The first few weeks I barely slept because I kept checking on her - and she wasn’t happy since I kept waking/moving her to make sure she was okay. Once I got the owlet sock and placed it on her, I felt comforted and was able to get much more restful sleep. I’m not as frantic when I hear any of those weird noises newborns make (which is a lot when they sleep), since I can look right at my phone and see her breathing is okay. For a worrywart first time mom, this has been amazing. I wish I would have purchased it for the first few weeks home! I have been recommending it to all my friends who were also on the fence with purchasing.

Excellent device

Our child has SVT and we use this device to monitor her heart rate and oxygen levels. It provides us with peace of mind knowing she’s ok while sleeping and should her heart rate exceed 220 we are promptly notified by the units base and each of our iPhones. The app is also top notch. It has charts showing how our child is sleeping along with charts that show heart rate and oxygen levels.

Allows for some sleep!!!

I got this as a gift for my second child and I wish I had bought it for my first. It allows me to sleep more soundly between feedings. The piece of mind is worth a million dollars!
When setting up the sock I had to call customer service and I can't say enough good things about them. The women I spoke with was so helpful and knew exactly how to fix my issue. Such an amazing experience.

We didn’t buy the smart sock when our first baby was born because we were worried that having constant access to all of that information would make us even more nervous than we already were as first time parents. Our second baby was just born in February and spent a week in the NICU, so we got used to knowing his heart rate and oxygen levels and couldn’t sleep once we got home so we got the smart sock and absolutely love it! It keeps us informed but isn’t alerting us to changes unless they’re outside the realm of normal, so we’re actually able to sleep now. I have recommended this to all of my friends who have recently had babies too. This is by far the best baby purchase we’ve made!

Great product!

I bought this for my baby after a friend told me about it. Her baby stopped breathing in the middle of the night and the owlet saved their babies life. After hearing that I knew I had to have it. It helps me sleep better at night knowing my baby has it on.
