It’s a beautiful phone. I am so glad it doesn’t have a glass back. In my opinion, it’s not as responsive as my iPhone 14promax, I’m not sure why.

Thank you for sharing your thought on the iPhone 17 Pro Max design and its performance. We know how important responsiveness is, especially when you’re used to the feel of your iPhone 14 Pro Max. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are here to help troubleshoot or check options on what might be affecting the responsiveness so you can enjoy the phone’s beautiful design without any compromise in performance.
Meanwhile, you can try these steps and check if it helps with your device performance:
1.Force Restart Your iPhone A force restart can often resolve unresponsiveness caused by software glitches.
2.Update iOS Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, as updates often include bug fixes that can resolve unresponsiveness. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > General > Software Update, and install any available updates.
3. Close Unresponsive Apps If a specific app is causing the issue, force quitting it may help. Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and pause in the middle to access the app switcher. Swipe left or right to find the problematic app and swipe it up to close it.
4. Restore iOS If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to restore your iPhone using iTunes or Finder. Connect your iPhone to a computer, open iTunes or Finder, and follow the prompts to restore your device. This will erase all data, so ensure you have a backup.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may consider reaching out to Apple Support where they can run a diagnostic on the device to ensure if the issue is related to hardware or software.
Well I never got it because I’m 76 yrs old and was not sure if I could transfer the info on my own so I called 2 Att stand alone stores and asked if I brought in the phone can they do the transfer the reply was probably if I had the information so I’m most likely leaving At and going to Verizon the response there was sure no problem
This phone is OK but I am somewhat regretting trading in my 13 Pro Max for it. I don’t really need or enjoy all the features it came with. Should have done my research a little better than I did. My bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
