I upgraded from a 15 Pro Max. My feeling is just give me my 15 pro max back. The 2 weeks have been hell

Hi, Cece.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand how important it is to feel the value of your investment, especially when upgrading to a new device. The iPhone 17 Pro Max offers new features and performance enhancements, but we know the difference may not always feel dramatic coming from a well-cared-for device like your 15 Pro Max.
We recognize how valuable it is to get the most out of your current device. If you’d like, our team can help review trade-in options or explore ways to optimize your experience with your new iPhone.
We highly recommend you taking a look at this iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios

The iPhone 17 Pro Max is easily the best iPhone I’ve owned. The performance is incredibly fast and smooth—apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and everything feels polished. The display is stunning with vibrant colors and great brightness, making videos, photos, and everyday scrolling a pleasure.
The camera is a standout. Photos are sharp and detailed, even in low light, and videos look professional-quality. Battery life has been impressive as well; I can go a full day and then some without worrying about charging.
The design feels premium and durable, and the phone sits comfortably in the hand despite its larger size. Overall, the iPhone 17 Pro Max delivers top-tier performance, an amazing camera, and excellent battery life. It’s a powerful device that truly lives up to the “Pro” name and is well worth the upgrade.

Powerful new phone that was worth the upgrade coming from my IPhone 14 Pro Max. The features and 12GB of ram make this phone faster and the battery life powers through the day with ease!

Love the AI features, the only part about the 17pro max that I don’t like is how the camera part sticks out, even in most cases. So when I lay my phone down the camera is the first thing to touch. I am worried it will get all scratched up. I need a better case and to invest in some more protection.
