To resolve this, you can remove or change the shortcut by going to Settings, selecting Camera, and tapping Camera Control to adjust the sensitivity or turn the button off entirely. Hello, Mz Dena! Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by your new device dropping calls, as we want you to have a reliable connection at all times.
Before reaching out, we recommend trying these quick troubleshooting steps to refresh your network connection: • Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to force your phone to reconnect to the nearest cell tower. • Update your carrier settings by going to Settings > General > About to see if an update is available. • Reset your network settings to clear out any temporary connection glitches.
If the issue continues, please send a direct message to our support team on X (@ATTHelp), Instagram (@att), or Facebook (AT&T) so we can check the tower status in your area.
On AT&T site I see that the traded in phone is still being processed & evaluated, long after traded in device was submitted. Additionally AT&T has contacted me twice asking for the trade in phone to be submitted.
Super-nice phone with a great camera and excellent battery life. My old iPhone 14 was getting where I had to charge it twice a day, but this beast stays charged up for over two days on a charge… If there’s any thing negative, it’s a little big for small hands, but a case with a case with a handle fixes that!
