1.Force Restart Your iPhone

A force restart is the quickest way to resolve temporary freezes without losing data

2.Update or Reinstall iOS
Keeping iOS up to date can fix software bugs that cause freezing:
Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any pending updates.
If the device won’t update normally, use recovery mode with a computer (iTunes on Windows or Finder on Mac):
Connect your iPhone to the computer via USB.
Perform the force restart sequence but continue holding the side button until the recovery mode screen appears.
Click Update first (non-destructive). If it fails, Restore the device to factory settings

3. Free Up Storage Space
Limited storage can cause freezes. Check under Settings > General > iPhone Storage

4.Manage Apps
