It’s really cool but every time we’ve used it to toast our bread and frozen waffles everything turns out burnt. Even if we set it to the lowest setting. And with the panini maker, we haven’t been able to make a panini successfully yet. Even after watching YouTube videos on how to use it. Kind of regretting buying this. For how expensive it is, it isn’t worth it. It just looks really cool

I purchased this toaster for my husband for his birthday. He had been eyeing it for ages and even though it was pricey for a toaster I went for it. The first one I received was broken. The ledge inside where the toast and the panini press rests was broken so toast wouldn't sit straight and the panini maker wouldn't sit in it at all. I emailed customer service but never heard back so I finally called. They sent me a return shipping label and told me as soon as the toaster was tendered by FedEx they would send a new one out asap. After a week and still no shipping notification I called again and was told it would be shipped soon. When I finally received the second toaster it was also broken. There was a huge piece of metal floating around inside. I am now sending that one back too. For something so expensive you shouldn't receive two broken items. I will never be buying another product here.

Unfortunately my unit broke after one week send it back and still waiting for the new unit hopefully this one will work better

This product is amazing! Works well with any type of bread you’re wishing to toast, and has multiple settings so it will always come out how you like! The touch screen settings are awesome and easy to use, and it will definitely make your life easier! Perfect toasted bread every time!
