For the most part, loved this product! It was very quiet which was surprising. It was also very powerful although there was a learning curve to the settings. Only downside is that it’s a little uncomfortable to take out because of the flared tip.

It's a bit too hard as there is just a metal stick with a very thin layer of rubber. Might be working for others but not for me.
