The company has sent me two replacements of the same problem and they all have the same problem.
I will no longer support the company. I don't just not recommend this product I don't recommend this company. I will spare the word cuz I know big supporters.

When I received this it took some getting used too but now I love it. I enjoy how it has different patterns and you can increase or decrease the power. We’ve even started incorporating it as a couple instead of just for me. Great quality product and a great addition to any collection.
