Not what I expected

I was so excited to try a lelo product, but I have some concerns:
First of all I had no idea the Sona 2 Cruise featured suction. I read over the description again and still don’t see any mention of suction. Suction is not a feature I wanted, but I am open to trying it. I may change my mind.
Second issue is the strength. I had high hopes for powerful sonic vibrations, but this thing is so mild you can barely feel the vibrations at all. Perhaps I received a bad egg. I will be contacting customer service to see what can be done.
Otherwise it appears to be a nice product! I love the size and it feels comfortable in my hand. I hope I am able to find a lelo product that is satisfactory.

I have been using about 1 month. It has nice setting but the reason it's not 5 is because it gave me rug burn the first time. Now it did come with pack of lubes but since I dont usually use lubes, I didnt. Bad choice. I started using lubes but I had to wait to heal. After that is works as described
