I debated buying this since I already have a suction toy and this seems so similar. But I decided to treat myself anyway and I'm glad I did. It's not suction, and it's not vibration. It feels like some otherworldly sensation that really is hard to describe.

I don’t remember the last time I loved a product so much that I went out of my way to leave a review. This thing is life-changing. I came so hard that I pulled a muscle in my leg, no joke. Buy it if it’s the last thing you do.

This thing is efficient and fantastic. It gets the job done faster and better than my regular bullet vibe (the Mia). Love the different vibration patterns. The only downside is it's louder - I have to pile on the blankets to muffle the buzzing sound. It's also really strong, so don't hurt yourself.
The instructions didn't mention (when I read) that you have to hold down the middle button to turn it off so quick JSYK.

I like the variety of vibrations you can choose from. You can also increase or decrease the vibrations. It’s comfortable to hold. It’s easy to clean. It came with a nice size sample packet of personal moisturizer and came inside a cute little back bag to keep it discreet.
