Excellent products! Enjoy all the features and professional design features.
Delivery and fulfillment need improvement. Bought and did not receive for almost three weeks... this is not was was claimed when ordering. There was little info or help from customer service.
Love the devices and can only hope my experience was an anomaly.

I replaced the same model but older and wow...this is three times improved! More options and speeds are included. The only problem I have is that it won’t turn off unless I plug it into the charger. I need to investigate this further.
