I’ve always had a hard time reaching climax but this absolutely helped! It’s more of a solo toy. It has to be in just the right position so it can be difficult, but not impossible, with a partner. The vibrations aren’t super strong but enough to do the job. It has nice texture and is really quiet too!

I am in my 70's and this machine is just incredible. To start off turn it down to minimum using the minus button and use the centre button to change to whichever movement suits your body.
