When I first purchased this product, it took time to explore and learn how this toy would best please my body. After a little practice and copious amounts of lube, I grew to LOVE this toy above all others. Lube is highly recommended and will make the suction more comfortable. But, this toy does to me in less than two minutes than what any other toy would take 10 minutes to accomplish. When I accidentally tore the lining on the inside while trying to clean the toy, LELO was quick to fully replace the toy free of charge (thank you warranty). Killer product with killer customer service! As for the sounds I see other reviewers often comment, I too have experienced the same. However, it’s a matter of repositioning the toy and ensuring everything is properly lubricated! With the right balance of pressure, position, and lube, this toy is nearly silent. The loundest thing about it is the way it makes me scream with pleasure.
