Great toy but loud

The sona itself is a great product i feels nice in my hands and it did get me off once i played a little with different settings, i do recommend setting it in place before turning it on for women with a larger clitoral hood like myself. I did not do this at first and it kinda sucks your hood inside wich led too a sore hood after!
Also its deffenitly not wisper quiet its actually kinda loud when not possitiond properly.

I've had my SONA for 3 weeks now and I don't regret my purchase at all. Even better that it was half price at the time! I don't like the feeling of vibrations so I've never had much luck with sex toys. Also had never been able to make myself orgasm. This has changed. It feels so empowering to be able to satisfy myself, whenever I want, as many times as I want and that is all down to this little toy. It does feel comfortable to hold in your hands, and the location of the buttons are easy. Charging lasts quite long, have only charged it once so far.
My only criticisms:
- Delivery was quite long considering the cost of the item (took 10 days to get mine)
- The modes increase in intensity and speed, but when changing through settings, the power is at the highest setting. It should start on the lowest and allow user to increase at their will. Kinda ruins the mood to try and step it up a little bit and be blown out of your comfort zone.
- Secondly, there is no telling how many times you can press the - button before it switches off, then you have to go through it all over again.
- Lastly, I'm not sure if I'm imagining this but I think my SONA is getting louder, it was fairly quiet at first but I'm almost certain it's louder now. ( I have seen other reviews stating the same thing, so this concerns me). It is definitely not whisper quiet, on any mode. I have tested and I can hear it in the next room, so if discretion is a necessity you may have to play music to mask the sound.

Overall definitely worth the money (for me). The warranty also gives great peace of mind, but I do hope mine isn't malfunctioning as I really enjoy it.
