I heard on the radio about this product few months ago and decided to require it as Christmas present. All I heard is covered with high score but I must say that I also heard on the radio that it was not necessary to put it in contact with your body. It is something that surprised me and when I first used it and read the instructions, disappointed me but after testing it, this issue was easily forgotten
