This is the best tool I have ever used. Hands down. I was very pleasantly surprised how it could adjust from needing more sensitivity to less. I don't have a need for all the speeds and pressures, but I supposed it makes it more universal. Great product highly recommend!

I bought the Sona 2 cruise and I am not sure it is working correctly. I can only use this on the lowest setting as the others are far too intense for me; but occasionally, even though I am not touching any of the buttons, it flips itself on to a much higher intensity (ouch) and becomes incredibly loud (think tractor on high revs!) and the buttons to switch it off don't work. (Potentially embarrassing!) A bit of a disappointment. It would be better if it had some lower intensity settings and buttons that worked reliably.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
