Not what I expected

I was so excited to try a lelo product, but I have some concerns:
First of all I had no idea the Sona 2 Cruise featured suction. I read over the description again and still don’t see any mention of suction. Suction is not a feature I wanted, but I am open to trying it. I may change my mind.
Second issue is the strength. I had high hopes for powerful sonic vibrations, but this thing is so mild you can barely feel the vibrations at all. Perhaps I received a bad egg. I will be contacting customer service to see what can be done.
Otherwise it appears to be a nice product! I love the size and it feels comfortable in my hand. I hope I am able to find a lelo product that is satisfactory.

Unfortunately I am not happy with my purchase. I had tried another LELO previously and absolutely loved it, but I find that the highest suction on this model does not go very high and I barely notice it.
