It's very powerful and takes some time to get used to. I think I would prefer the other one with the rounded head on it. Sometimes I feel as if there's not enough direct pressure all the way around .. I have a way cheaper version (of course not the same , but same idea) and I always seem to reach back for that off brand one. Either way , once you figure it out it's great.. for me it just is taking a little bit of time to figure out.. great quality and battery life.
