This unit can be a bit to much for the over sensitive. I would imagine if you do well with self stimulating a smaller unit might be a better selection. My wife never used any toys and the first one we got was nice but this one is way too much stimulation almost to the point of aggravating.

Hands-down the best toy I’ve had so far! The one and only thing I don’t like is that the strongest setting is only on the last option where it is part of a set of varying vibration strengths. I found it to be frustrating. But, this is still an amazing toy that is my go-to!
