Awesome vibrator but won't turn off

Have never used a vibrator like this and it's amazing. Definitely no complaints there. (It is a little loud until it's pressed against the skin, much more so than my other Lelo vibrator that's almost silent, but not enough to be distracting.) However, the one I received is defective and won't turn off. All the other controls work but no matter how long I hold down the minus button, it keeps going. Hoping Lelo will stand behind their warranty.

I bought this toy a while back, but it is a great purchase. The original Sona wasn't anywhere near as powerful as this one. I only use it on level 4 and it is perfect. The wider mouth is also a big plus. I highly recommend it to anyone.
My wife and I purchased this a little over a month ago. It was a bit awkward at first, however, once in the correct position, it worked really well and we are glad to have it in our collection!
Bought this about a month ago and love it. Easy to hold, does not make my hand numb or vibrate. Gets me where I need to be within 10 minutes where it used to be a 1/2 hour. Learning more with every use. This is an awesome product.
I bought this so I could use it with my husband. It’s a weird sensation and it feels good at first but it’s just not strong enough to get me going. It does allow you increase intensity but it’s not much (if at all).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
