It has a pretty strong vibration. It just isnt very ergonomical to use. It's nice as an actual body massager though. Pretty nice when I am sore from my workouts. Just not my favorite toy to use, little awkward to hold and the vibration doesn't feel that good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has awesome battery life although the charging cable would be better if it was longer. The modes and setting are great and the buttons light up so it’s easier to see while in the heat of the moment. The bend on the wand is also a nice touch
