This came without any instruction or a charger. I have tried to use other chargers that seem to fit and a light does come on but it does not turn on.

I bought this last month and I’m so glad that I did. There’s a huge variety of settings and speeds. It’s just slightly awkward to alter them based on where the buttons are when in use.
