On its own, it isn't quite vigorous enough. On my husband, it's PERFECT. I was dubious about the size and shape - couldn't figure out how things would line up. Well, let me tell you. THEY LINE UP. Read the instructions ahead of time. We couldn't get the damn thing turned off ; 0
