nice but not the buttons

really like the device except for the buttons. they’re so close together and on the smaller side so i tend to fumble for the right one. also, i like the lower speed but each time i change to a different setting, i have to readjust the speed again. the device works great and feels great. love the variety of settings. the buttons and having to readjust the speed are the only downsides.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrifically Painful!

This was incredibly painful. I lost control of bodily functions on first use and was in intense pain for 4 hours afterwards. After researching this problem, I saw that other women have reported nerve damage from this line of products. Bought the womanizer instead, and it works wonders.

It's not better than former SONA device

Our second generation of Sonas was actually developed on the feedback of the customers. In case the device is faulty, it does fall under our warranty policy so you can submit a warranty claim for it. You can read more about it under Shopping faqs.

Rather stick with sona

Purchased Sona a couple of years ago, for my wife , started to lose its charge quicker during use, so lldecided to upgrade to sona 2 cruise for her but not having the same reaction with sona cruise 2
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased Lelo products in the past because of their high quality. However, I am not vibing with this model. I find it noisy and I am not enjoying the automatic intensity change. It is difficult to control as the intensity changes frequently or sometimes it just stops. Considering the high price, I am disappointed.
