I’m disappointed with this purchase. I was happy with my previous Lelo product, but the controls on this are awkward, it’s noisy, and doesn’t get the job done

My girlfriend has a previous edition of the Sona and enjoyed it but found it distractingly noisy. The Sona 2 Cruise not only 'works' better at stimulation it is quieter.
