I damaged my Lelo and e mailed Lelq customer service, who gladly offered to put it through the warranty and so they did. The only thing I didn’t like is that i didn’t receive a new massager but one that wasn’t as powerful as the one I received originally. That was a real disappointment for me since everything else was outstanding. I loved the first one because it was powerful. After sending the damaged one I was expecting to receive a new one just as powerful, instead, I suppose, I was sent a refurbished one. So I am left with way less powerful massager now.

Bought this a month ago, not sure what to expect of its features, using a different form of vibrations so that it’s not as sensitive. I was not only very pleasantly surprised but loving the multiple types of vibrations and also it’s compact size for travel.

This is my first vibrator and I wasn’t sure about the style of the SONA over a more traditional one but I’m SO glad I bought this one. Easy to use, long last battery, and quiet enough for my apartment. Recommend for sure
