This is an excellent desk lamp with the bonus of having a clock and the ability to use the sanitizing and charging features. This lamp must remain plugged into an electrical outlet. A lot of the photos on the OttLite website show it without the electrical cord. I contacted customer service about my confusion over this this and they immediately responded. This is my fifth OttLite lamp. Their products are outstanding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this desk lamp! It is so super slim that it takes up no room on your desk or bedside table. Love how slim it is. The clock is easy to see, with alarm. The top of the lamp adjusts to where you need it. Up, down, left, right.

It also is handy with a USB charging port so you can easily keep your electronics charged and cleaned! The LED light reduces eye strain by up to 51%. It also has a flexible neck to reduce high glare and use as you need for reading, typing and working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried this Thrive sanitizing led light and really love it! I have been using this light on my work desk for the last several weeks and it is the perfect addition. The design of the light is great with a nice modern and sleek look. I love the size of the light and that it takes up so little space on my desk. The light itself is fairly simple to set up. The instructions provided make it easy to use. I’ve had a little trouble getting the day of the week correct. The light options to use are really cool. I love the blue light feature and how I can dim the lights depending on the brightness I need. I also love that I can both use the sanitation light and regular light at the same time. The dimming feature is great and I can even use it as a night light for my office. I would very highly recommend this light and look forward to checking out other Thrive products!

Just purchased for desk lamp. Works good. Bright on 3rd setting. Can't figure out how to set the calemdar month and date and have stay on setting: if I set to 9/26 it flops to 9/27 before it is the 27th.

I am very please with the light functions. My disappointment is in the clock. The clock light is too bright and cannot be dimmed so I will not be able to use it beside my bed and have had to buy a different clock.

I do not understand how in this day and age these automatic clocks do not have daylight savings time to automatically set themselves like our phones due. This is the most irritating clock I’ve ever had in my life. It’s not worth the light.
