Pretty cool, just a small thing...

One small critique which don’t make it 5/5 for me. Others may not notice it, but the adapter which plugs into an outlet makes a slight white noise sound. If it is quiet, such as in my bedroom when I am sleeping, I can hear it quite clearly and it is honestly annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too sensitive to phone positioning

My phone doesn't have a magsafe charge design and it is very difficult to position the phone correctly on the pad to get it to charge. When first placed, the phone shows that it is charging and the indicator light is solid. After a few minutes though, the indicator starts to blink and the phone stops charging. I have other wireless chargers and they do no have this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charger pad

This is a great product and performs exactly as promoted. Handles two iPhones or one iPhone and my AirPods. And the charge is very fast. What's more, the company is environmentally conscious, and not only uses recycled materials for the manufacture of the charging pad, but provided a bag for old chargers for our old iPhones. Bravo!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I really, really wanted to like this product. I live a low waste lifestyle and was in need of a new phone charger. I decided to give this one a try after seeing Shelby (Shelbizleee on YouTube) recommend it. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. My phone would not charge at all with the Pela case on. I was fine with removing the case with each charge, but that wasn’t the answer either. I would set my phone in the appropriate place on the pad, it would act as if it was charging, and then when I would go to get it off the charger hours later, I’d discover that my phone was completely dead and unusable. Not only was this frustrating, but it also posed as a safety hazard as I had no phone to take with me on my commute to work in the negative temperatures and snowstorms. I’m all about sustainability and I love what this company stands for, I just wish the product actually worked and saved me from purchasing another phone charger from an unethical company that I don’t want to support.
