Love this product! Installation is easy and it travels well. I also have a smaller one, can't remember the dimensions but the cords weren't as thick and sturdy. Ordered an additional cord with this new screen and absolutely love them. They are sturdier. Excellent product!

The Side Trak is a

The Side Trak is a game changer for me. It is great to take on business trips and even works well on the airplane. I have had the slide one which stopped working after someone dropped my computer so I got a new swivel one instead. My only complaint is that for some reason the adapter on the cord doesn't work with my computer even though I can plug it in. I get a "no signal" error code on the SideTrak itself and then my computer gives the following code "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." This worked with the last SideTrak I had so I'm not sure what the issue is with this one.

Worked for 14 months. 2 months longer than its warranty. Doesnt turn on or get recognized by computer. I have tried multiple different connections and cords.

Waste of Money

My connecting cord broke immediately (first use), they replaced it. The new cord stopped working; I got my own. The screen cracked after two months of use (I did not step on it, drop it, transport it recklessly, etc). They refused to replace or refund then stopped responding to my emails. This is not a durable product, and they don't care.

Size is ok, could be bigger, the screen snaps on but falls off pretty easy. overall it works I do not like the cords that wrap around, it makes being mobile challenging.
