I have had this product for a couple years now. Initially, I thought it was okay, as I only used it on the road. Now that I use it more frequently, I have noticed that it does not stay connected to my laptop via magnet or cord. It flashes on and off and is not sturdy, it always falls off. I wish I would've noticed before the warranty expired. Do not purchase this monitor

I do a fair amount of travel and it's nice to be able to keep multiple monitors while on the road. Setup is unbelievably easy - glad I bought it.

Great productivity product

Swivel is a superb choice for the go. Swivel's portability makes it great for everyday work and people with great desk setups since eventually you'll leave your office and use your laptop on the go. There are some improvements that could be made: * The screen size is too small, or at least, it could be bigger. * The grip is very sensible, the smallest movement causes the Swivel to move a lot and it cause me some dizziness (even just by typing). * It doesn't look as good when used on the left as on the right. The logo on the screen side should be removed. * The cables are very thick and make kind of a mess. If using it on the right, the USB C cames out of the Swivel pointing upwards which make it look worst and take up more space. As you could see, most suggestions are from an aesthetic perspective. Functionally, the product met every single one of my expectations.

Inconsistent device, continually breaks.

I've owned this device for about two months now. The functionality is intermittent at best and I've had nothing but problems with it. I work in the tech industry, this isn't an issue of being unfamiliar with the product or similar devices. There are a ton of other portable monitors from reputable companies for similar price points. They might not magnet to the back of your laptop, but for the price, I'd rather have a device that works with any semblance of consistency. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Been using for 3 months now, and absolute game changer since I travel for work. Like: - Easy to install and use - Intuitive/Ergonomic to fold back and put in laptop bag - no unplugging required - Very lightweight (12" version) and not tugging on small laptop hinges - Fun to swivel when showing to colleagues standing above my shoulder To fix: - Laptop should ideally remain plugged, else it keeps saying power may run out for usb-c device (SideTrak) - Would like more 4k/oled/touch options for swivel
