Prompt delivery. Well packaged. I use for work, so resolution is more than adequate. This is my second and I bought the touchscreen model. Still exploring that aspect and have nothing to compare to. Seems good for larger targets, not so much for small one. Nice quality build. Hassle free stand. Could use some expanded operator instructions for touchscreen.

Best purchase"¦received my Solo touchscreen after being backlogged but it was worth the wait. My current role as a virtual applications trainer gives me two external desktop monitors; but I wanted something simple with versatility and flexibility that I can take anywhere when I start to travel again.

This monitor is easy to use (no preinstall needed), all you need is plug the cables to your laptop and it has a good picture quality. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my business. Love the touch screen, clarity of the screen, portability, and light weight. The only con is that it doesn't come with a charging cord, or charging capability other than charging using the laptop's power. So, I had to use two of the provided USB cords, plus my own HDMI adapter, in order to power it.
