After a lot of research I settled on this monitor, and I'm very pleased with it. Easy setup overall, although I had to get a mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable because of the laptop's port. I'm not an artist or graphics designer, but the colors looked great to me right out of the box and I didn't need to make any adjustments. I'm also not a demanding gamer, but the G-Sync compliments my laptop's capabilities.

Primarily used for gaming, I upgraded to this monitor from the VG249Q. It's been a great experience with no dead pixels on arrival and being able to use the same settings as my previous monitor at 144hz with no problems. Highly recommend the upgrade from 1080 to a 2K monitor. Never had a problem with screen blackouts as I've seen some other reviews state.
