It took a while before we pulled the trigger on the La Specialista. Expected a top-notch machine and that's what we received. Worth the wait!! Easy to use! Great coffee and espresso.

I bought one for our home in Sydney and we love it so much, I bought another one for our office in Milford, OH, USA - and now I am gifting one to my business partner: we developed our advanced medtech feuled by much coffee!

Best coffee machine ever!

DeLonghi has several systems you could call the Best - up to your own taste, literally and aesthetically - but we love this EC9335R so much we've bought three - for home in Sydney, and office and home in the USA. It lets you lock in your own preference, and the steamer tube makes perfect foam. Also, the company has brilliant management with excellent client contact and service and great phone and email support if you need it - globally. You get them with the machine.

Many Problems

I bought this machine a two and a half years ago. I had problems immediately. First, the frother decided to stop working, even though it was cleaned after every use. Then, the burr grinders stopped working - I sent it in for maintenance and they apparently "repaired the faulty parts". Yet, the problem continues to pop up. When I call again, they say they cannot help me. What a waste!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
