After sell service is terrible!

I feel sorry for buying Delonghi’s La Specialista coffee machine because Delonghi’s after sales service really sucks!!! After 20 cups of coffee it’s Grinder stuck and I have been directed to send it to Montreal since they didn’t have any repairing office in Maritime. It’s been a month I have sent my coffee machine to get fixed and still no contact and no feedback! It seems back in their repair department they are so busy with fixing their low quality products!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Cup of Coffee Ever

Just received this yesterday and although I've never used a real espresso machine before, I have to say this makes amazing coffee. Better than anything I've had outside of Italy! I am having a little trouble inserting the portafilter but maybe it's just stiff to start. It definitely takes some muscle. Hoping it gets easier. But overall, love the appearance, ease of use and the taste. Looks pretty easy to clean too, which is the reason I never wanted to get one of these machines before. Highly recommend.

The pressure gauge is not working

I bought this machine few months ago from best buy. It worked fine in the first two month. Currently, the pressure gauge is full of water and Delongi doesn’t respond to any customer after they verified that I bought the machine from best buy. Do not waste your money with Delongi

Avoid this machine at all costs, it broke for about 3 months. All I got from support was a new filter and of course, that wasn't the solution. I'm now using a Moka pot instead of this garbage, it's just sitting there gathering dust.

Stay away from this machine

The machine failed after 3 months, their support decided the fix was a new filter and I should be grateful for a new filter. The solution was a new filter, ended up buying a Nespresso and $800+ down the drain.
It's in the corner of my kitchen floor, soon I'll toss it in the garmbage.
