right now the handle pops right back up as soon as it gets pushed down. I clean it after every use and take exceptionally good care of all my appliances, this darling little toaster is no exception. However about a week or so ago it suddenly just ceased to stay down. It has always been cleaned after each use, but just to be sure I check it for any obstructions or crumbs, etc. There were none. It was not used heavily, I am single so other than me it was very lightly used.
I have written Hayden to ask them what the best course of action is, and my "stars" will refect their response.
I would recommend this to a friend!
