This is my first gaming computer that I am buying new and for myself. I have bought them before from friends or used. I wanted one with no issues and that I could play right out of the box. I play Age of Empires, WOW, Call of Duty, Fortnite...and the list goes on. Sometimes the FPS is crazy high!! I love the clarity of the picture, better than a TV. I was able to set this up myself out of the box in about 20 minutes. I am very slow also lol. My friends that all have "faster" and "better" computers were also impressed that I could play with no lag. We have two gaming computers in the house and we both play WOW/AoE together and it is seamless. I love the lights and havent had any issues with getting hot or anything else. Very pleased and have suggested already to friends and family!!

This is a great gaming pc I love playing cod and gta with it, it comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse which are not very good but they are free so no complaints. I use it for streaming every now and then and it runs fine. I give it a 4 out of 5 only because the gpu gets very hot everytime I play a game. Also on call of duty I dont get 140 fps I get around 100-110 which isnt bad but it does say you get 142 fps with it

First and foremost, if you are just starting with pc gaming and looking at prebuilds this is the pc for you. I don't have a single complaint on the build and performance quality. I don't normally leave reviews but SkyTech deserves it. They put pride in there customer service especially during these hard times (COVID-19 pandemic). I will definitely purchase from them again and hope anyone looking to get into pc gaming will do the same. Thanks SkyTech for the great service and PC!

Customer support was very prompt when I first placed my order and didn't add my address correctly. When the box came, it was double boxed with styrofoam on the corners and plenty of packing cushions. It came with a folder on how to set it up, a quick troubleshooting page, and a quality control sheet. The inside of the pc had some more packing cushions to protect the hardware and the tempered glass on the window. This DOES come with a keyboard and mouse. They are both decent quality. If you like a quiet keyboard, this is for you. The PC tower itself is actually pretty light. I guess about 5-10 lbs. It's just kind of bulky (obv). I turned it on and it was already to go. I will buy from them again when I decide to upgrade.

Bought this PC on Fingerhut. Very satisfied with the performance. Did add one more 8gb stick of RAM. Well worth the price for an entry level PC. I've bragged about it. Definitely would recommend.
