I really like this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved into our home it had an electric stove that we knew had to go. We love cooking with gas, and wanted to be intentional about where our stove was made. So we splurged a bit and bought this one.
It is a great stove! I have no regrets. It even cooks better than our gas stove at our last house. I like the design. I have not tried the convection or air fryer features yet.!! But when I try the air fryer feature I will follow the manufacturer’s directions so as to avoid the smoking some have experienced. (Use an oil with a higher smoke point, not olive oil. Don’t use the basket to cook stuff you just battered. Don’t use too much oil. Put a parchment lined cookie sheet on the rack below the basket to catch anything that falls through the basket, to avoid more cleanup later. Sounds like a good plan to me!)
The food is tastier when cooked with gas. And this stove cooks everything very evenly and well.
Just be careful about which store you buy it from, to ensure a damage free delivery. We bought ours from a family owned store that is very careful. And we have had no issues at all.

Not as Great as they say!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned for 2 weeks. I notice things that contradict Maytag's claims. The backsplash panel shows dents on both corners when you look at it just right. The burner controls feel like they were impregnated with sand. No instructions whatsoever on how to use this range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this stove for a few weeks now and are very pleased with the Air Fry and convection bake features on this stove. I do wish that Maytag would have included a little more detail about how to use each feature properly. The "manual" that came with the stove was less than a basic manual and lacking in detail. Aside from that we are very pleased with the product.

The best gas range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Maytag gas range with air fry. First, i love the look, It is very stylish and very up-to-date looking, With stainless steel and black look. The grates have a nice powdered coated cast iron, that resists spills and is very easy to clean. No chipping or peeling on them. Easy to remove to clean under. It's just 2 big grates you remove. They are kind of heavy But aren't too heavy. Cleaning up is very easy. Everything wipes up very easily. There are 5 burners. Love the middle one. It is great for large pans. The oven seems to stay at the temperature you set it out. No dropping or going higher. However if you open over-temperature does drop like all ovens. But it jumps right back up. On the air fry set, When you open the oven the fan turns off. But as soon as you close it will start right back up. There 4 settings, bake, convection bake, boil, air fry. We love the air fly setting the most. Since we got this range we have done away with the air fry that sits on the counter, Cause this range does the air fry for us. It has self-cleaning on it also. Which cleans in under an hour and it is odorless. The oven has a light you can turn on or off. All the controls are at the top and the stove knobs are right above the oven door. They are very easy to turn and use. At the top where you control the oven, It has a clock. You also have 2 timers, one a cooking timer and a kitchen timer. Now on the cooking timer. If you set it and it goes off the oven does shut off. So if you need to cook a little longer you have to reset it. Overall I love this range. It is by far the best. The food comes out so juicy. With the air fry it also healthier. You also get a basket for the oven for the air fryer. We love to use veggies, chicken strips, and fry in it. I used to not like cooking but with this range, I love cooking and baking.

The oven with convection and air fryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a chance to use the oven much....for one thing, I wish a guide of some sort came with the stove. I've never used a convection oven or an air fryer, so have no idea on times, temps, rack placement, for different types of food. All I've found on line so far is for counter top fryers. But it's so nice and I'm sure I'll enjoy it!!
