Big time disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my kitchen remodel. Looks great. Doesn’t work too good. The heat doesn’t show correct temperature. Never heats up to desire temperature. Called for warranty service and I have to wait three weeks for service. And this is a brand new range. Highly disappointed in product and service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like the range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking at range on line it looked like the bottom of the range had a pull out draw for pans and pots as all of the previous. Slide in ranges we have purchased in our 55’years of marriage
When it came and was installed I went to open draw to find out it was just a cover for the legs
When the range was levied then cover did not cover the legs when extended
I had to go to a metal fabricating shop
To build an extension to cover the wheels
It was very disappointing
The range works fine but until a draw is added to the slide in range i cannot in good faith purchase it again

No storage drawer, only fake panel cover.
Won’t display which burner is still hot.
Countdown timer won’t display seconds.

Nice classy stove
