Free and responsive tech support available to set up this nifty monitor!

I needed assistance setting this up so I sent an email to the customer service address in the instruction booklet. I had a lightning-fast response and I spoke at length with a friendly and competent representative in the USA who knew how to get the product set up to run with my Windows7 OS.

These monitors fit my laptop perfectly. They’re easy to setup and install. Lightweight and the resolution is great. Fantastic for working on the go. The only downfall for me is that the magnets sometime interfere with a laptop that converts to a tablet. Otherwise I’m very happy with the product. I would recommend and purchase again

A bit fiddly for me

This is just personal taste but I prefer a standalone mobile screen to use a secondary monitor. Id only use this if deskspace was a real issue but you can always find a table with more room nowadays.I dont like you cant tilt it up or down, it only swivels left to right, and I dont like having something attached to my laptop, I have an LG Gram 17" which is lightweight so I dont want anything attached to the back.. It interferes with my laptop screen adjustment.

The portable screen was super easy to set up (I am not a tech person) and makes working from home from a lap top much more enjoyable. No more switching between windows when I have two screens. This saves me a lot of time. I am super happy with the product! It is a bit expensive, but it works very well, is portable and is well made. I also gave 4 starts for light weight because I do have my laptop raised and did feel I needed to create a support for under the screen. But it is light to carry around. Overall 5 stars from me!

This was a great purchase! It was easy to set up and it fits great on my computer. There is a video link inside that shows step-by-step the installation process, which was a huge help. I am also impressed with the amount of extra magnets they sent-- you can install them on multiple computers. The quality of the screen is great, and it's exactly what I was looking for.

Vorweg: Der erste Monitor den ich bekommen hatte war leider kaputt. Die Plastikf�hrungsschiene, in der, der Monitor raus- und rein- rutscht war leider locker und der Monitor ist immer ein wenig rausgesprungen, was daf�r gesorgt hatte, dass er beim ganz-ausziehen locker war und nach unten gehangen hat. Ich habe mir dann einfach 2 weitere bestellt und den ersten sofort reklamiert (danke Amazon) und es ist bei beiden viel besser, aber immer noch nicht perfekt. An sich wirkt die ganze Konstruktion ziemlich zerbrechlich, da das ganze Case / die Monitorf�hrung aus Plastik ist, dies wird wohl gemacht um an Gewicht zu sparen und ist an sich erstmal generell nicht schlimm. Die Monitore haben allerdings dadurch in der F�hrungsschiene ziemlich viel Spiel und ich habe Angst, dass mir die ganze Konstruktion wegbricht.Zum Setup: Man kann entweder einen oder zwei Monitore bestellen, was ziemlich cool ist, weil man so ein mobiles Triple-Screen Setup kriegen kann. Dabei hat jeder Monitor an der Montageseite 4 Magnete und es liegen Metallplatten dabei, die man einfach auf die R�ckseite des Laptop-Monitors klebt, woran sich die Magnete vom externen Monitor dann anheften. Bei einem zweiten externen Monitor, wird dieser dann einfach mit einer beiliegenden Klammer an den ersten externen Monitor geklemmt.Auch cool ist, dass die Monitore PD-Passthrough haben. Das bedeutet wenn man z.B. nur einen USB-C Anschluss hat, der gleichzeitig f�r die Stromversorgung am Laptop genutzt wird, kann man den Monitor einfach an den einzelnen USB-C Port am Notebook anschlie�en und sein Netzteil dann an den Monitor. Das hat dann zur Folge, dass der Laptop geladen wird.Der Hersteller selbst hat leider keinen offiziellen Linux-Support f�r die Monitore, was ziemlich doof ist. Unter Linux (Arch) sind die Monitore �ber USB-C Plug and Play (Das Notebook muss Display �ber USB-C supporten). Alle anderen Versuche die Monitore anzuschlie�en (USB-A, HDMI to USB-C Adapter) sind bei mir leider unter Linux gescheitert.Fazit: Cooles Produkt, Preis ist auch ganz okay. Abzug f�r fehlenden offiziellen Linux Support und wackeligen Konstruktion in der F�hrungsschiene.

Bought for my wife's laptop - she loves to sit outside when the weather's nice. Attaching it was easy, plugged it in, and it auto-configured (Win10) nicely. However, when she uses it, she has to have her laptop screen upright - which is not ideal - else the weight of the extra screen just pulls it over. I bought the extra stand, but that's not useful when she's in the porch swing. Apart from that, she's a fan.
